Our Healing Arts event space is a welcoming, serene yet lively high-tech space that is home to various groups and events centered around health & wellness. Which types of events work well in our space?
This space is used weekly exclusively by our community as a shared, co-work environment. Blocks of time are reserved in our calendar to indicate these optional high-productivity sessions. Access to the co-working hours is included in your membership.
Event Space Features
Our 600 sq. ft. (20’ x 30’) room is equipped with a mirrored wall of storage cabinets for coats & equipment. Three folding wall-mounted desks and a window bench provide for versatile setup needs. Hanging curtains and window shades soften the room and allow for either an open & sunny or a quiet & cozy atmosphere. A spacious, accesible unisex bathroom is included for collective space users only.

- 1 PC netbook & Mac available for instructional use
- Rolling whiteboard (markers and paper included)
- 10 blankets
- 10 straps & 20 blocks
- 6 massage tables, face cradles and bolsters
- Eco-friendly cleaning supplies

- Trash receptacles & recycling bin
Our collective space users are typically responsible for:
Event Space Fees - Members Only
Hourly Use (2-hour minimum): $20/hr
Full day use (8am-5pm): $175 (Fridays-Sundays), $125 (Mondays-Thursdays)
Multi-day use discount on weekends: $175 1st day, $125 each additional day
Ongoing Weekly Use: $10/hr
Ongoing Monthly Use: $15/hr

Our collective space users are typically responsible for:
- Additional equipment if needs exceed our supply
- A self-managed method for registrations and bookings
- Any printed event materials (i.e. instructional guides) and promotional materials
- Food or additional beverages (catering recommendations can be supplied upon request)
- Copy of Liability insurance for any movement classes with Tribe added as “Additional Insured”
- Leaving the classroom in the manner it was found and adequate for immediate use
